Course content
As part of the colloquium, the student presents, discusses and defends the more elaborated exposé of his dissertation project and its basic theses. On the basis of a written document at the colloquium, the doctoral student presents his hypotheses and the expected/expected conclusions of his work, justifies the chosen methodology and defines the theoretical grasp of the chosen issue, discusses the overall concept and structure of his work. The aim of the colloquium, which has a commissional character, is to verify whether the doctoral student will be able to successfully continue working on the chosen topic in further studies. Study literature depends on the focus of the dissertation project.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the colloquium, which is of a commissional nature, is to verify whether the doctoral student will be able to continue working on the chosen topic successfully in his /her further study.
The student is well versed in the topic of his / her dissertation project, is able to formulate and present hypotheses and expected / expected conclusions of his / her work, justify the selected methodology and define the theoretical grasp of the selected topic.

Assessment methods and criteria

The student submits a detailed elaboration of his / her dissertation intent, including thematic delimitation and clearly formulated objectives of the thesis, outline of methodological and theoretical anchoring of the selected issue in current scientific research, eventually specification of the key terms, as well as a preliminary design of the work structure and a list of studied literature.
