Examples of possible topics: - Theory of genres and species - Fictionality, literariness, poetic quality - Contemporary narratology, the concept of an implicit author - Hermeneutics (Schleiermacher, Dithey, Gadamer) - Contribution of cultural studies to literary science/scholarship - Contribution of media theory to literary science - Application of principles of psychoanalysis in literary science/scholarship (Freud, Jung, Lacan) - Poststructuralism, discourse analysis, deconstruction - Application of Gender Studies principles in literary science/scholarship - Use of intercultural perspective in literary science/scholarship
