Learning outcomes
The aim of this course is to develop abilities to respond adequately to problems arising from intercultural communication. Students will learn rules of effective communication with people from different cultural background, deepen intercultural competence through a foreign language and expand their skills for professional work in multicultural environment.
Student - can define the basic terms related to the topic - can adequately respond to problems arising from intercultural communication and determine their causes " can defend own opinion and present the results of his/her work - can work in team, coordinate own activities and bear responsibility.

Assessment methods and criteria

Active participation in seminars, participation in the discussion. Essay (3-5 pages) on a topic and discussion dealt with in the seminar.
