Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to repeat, classify and deepen German grammar phenomena acquired in high school. The course will therefore focus on explanation and systematic practice of individual grammar phenomena along with learning linguistic terminology. The purpose of the Grammar Proseminar 1 in the winter term and the subsequent Grammar Proseminar 2 in the summer term is not only to improve the students' language competence, but to prepare them for an active participation and a successful passing in linguistic courses taught in the 2nd and 3rd year of the study program.
Students will repeat, classify, and deepen their command of German grammar, systematically practice individual grammar phenomena, and gradually become acquainted with relevant linguistic terminology.
