The aim of the course is to develop a 3-5 page long exposition ("exposé") of a diploma thesis containing a) justification of the choice of its topic and relevance for the studied programme, including a brief evaluation of the state of research on the chosen topic b) clearly formulated goal, and a brief description of the chosen method. The exposition also includes a list of recommended literature and a proposal for the overall structure of the work.
The student is able to justify the choice of the topic of his diploma thesis, clearly formulate its goal, outline its structure and briefly evaluate the state of research on the chosen topic.
