This course is a follow-up to an earlier language training of a bachelor´s course, which extends the language competence to the C1+ level of the CEFR. The course also focuses on specific issues related to the needs of didactic teaching of German in Czech schools. Emphasis is placed on strengthening individual language skills. In the listening and reading comprehension authentic texts in general and academic language will be provided. In written communication we will concentrate on the summary of text and essay, while communicative competence will deal with an oral presentation on a topic of methodology.
