Course content
|
Course content should be tailored to the needs of the students. Expected topics: 1. Verbs in the present and past tense. 2. Irregular verbs in past tense. 3. Auxiliary verbs sein and haben and their use. 4. 'Present subjunctive' - Konjunktiv I, its meaning and use. 5. 'Past subjunctive' - Konjunktiv II, its meaning and use. 6. Passive voice and its alternatives. 7. Participles, participial phrases and infinitives. 8. Verbs government. 9. Adjective flection and gradation. 10. Adverbs and their gradation. 11. Reflexive, reciprocal and personal pronouns. 12. Noun flection. 13. Correction of grammatical errors in text productions.

Learning outcomes
|
The course aims to strengthen and extend knowledge of German grammar, especially complex structures, extend the content of the course Gramatický proseminář and to prepare students for the grammar part of the test Komunikativní kompetence I and II.
Students can use grammatical structures practiced in the course better, the grammatical structures of German at B1+ level CEF and know the grammar terminology. Students can find and correct grammatical errors in text productions.
