Learning outcomes
The course aims to introduce students to the ethical and professional principles of academic writing, deepening their knowledge through study stays and internships completed as part of the Erasmus+ programme or other types of mobility abroad. During the seminar, students will present the international experience they gained during their studies at universities, or at organisations, institutions and companies whose activities relate to their field of study. The specific topics and content of the course depend on the programme of study or practical internship abroad, and on the type of institution chosen. Students can consult the teacher individually to find out about details and current opportunities for international mobility.
Upon completion of the course, students will be familiar with the ethical principles of academic writing and the professional principles of research, both of which are necessary for writing their thesis. They will also acquire language and professional skills during their studies or internship abroad, which will enhance their professional profile. In addition to providing practical experience, the course improves language skills and communication abilities in a foreign language.
Prerequisites
Knowledge of a foreign language enabling participation in international mobility is required (level B2)

Assessment methods and criteria
unspecified
Students are required to complete an internship or a study trip related to their studies, or a working visit to a specialised library, archive or conference abroad. For mobility within the Erasmus+ programme, verification of learning outcomes is based on the conditions for recognition of foreign studies and practice. For other types of trips (e.g. excursions, conferences, summer schools), students must prepare a detailed report in a foreign language on the course and content of the mobility.
