Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to research our media practices and map our live in mediasphere. Students will research their own media practices, discuss their outcomes, and analyse their media experiences.as an integral part of their personal and social lives. In the course, we will combine sociological and anthropological qualitative methods with understanding of mediality as a shared environment.The course will focus on finding answers to the following questions: Who are we as media persons? What changes has the new media brought to our lives? Who are we as digital citizens? What are the psychological, political and cultural consequences of new media? What is the shape of our personal media environment?
