Learning outcomes
|
Students will gain an overview of current systems used in the field of pre-archival care (conditions that must be met by originators, methods of electronic shredding and acceptance of electronic archival materials into the National Digital Archive), as well as in the actual work with archival materials. Above all, their registration and management in the national system, subsequent inventory and creation of registers in event programs, the method of presenting archival materials via web applications, and rules regarding the digitization of archival materials.
The student will gain an overview of the conditions that public law creators must meet, will be able to work in the National Archive Portal. He will be familiar with the PEvA registration program and the organizational system for inventorying and creating registers. He will master the method of presenting archival materials via web applications and the rules regarding the digitization of archival materials.
