Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to familiarize with the functions in the environment of the National Archive Portal for electronic shredding procedures (eVýběr) and for acceptance into the National Digital Archive (ePředání). Electronic shredding is already a fully integrated part of the pre-archival care carried out at all levels of the archival network. Both archivists and originators with records management have to operate the portal functions.
Students will gain an overview of the e-shredding process from both the position of the originator and the position of the archivist. They will be able to make a selection of archival materials and their transfer to the National Digital Archive.

To pass the course, it is necessary to master a simple shredding procedure in the test module of the National Archive Portal.
