Learning outcomes
|
Students will learn vocabulary related to different artistic categories. Over the course will be done activities which will lead to picking up of vocabulary. Students will deal with texts related to various topics. They will be able to understand the text as a whole, focus on it, look for the muscle from the article. Based on the texts, students will be confronted with grammatical phenomena that are typical for such texts. Subsequent exercise will amplify this grammar.
Student will be able to use newly acquired vocabulary which he/she will be able to use not only to describe but also when comparing works of art. It should also help to work with texts that are an essential part of his/her field of study. Student will be able to deal with text, will be able to read the basic idea.

Prerequisites
|
The prerequisite for the course is knowledge of the German language, which correspond to the B1 level of the Common European Framework.

Assessment methods and criteria
|

Knowledge of the German language level B1 of the European Framework of Reference is required to take part in this course. During the seminars will be required student active participation, which means reciprocal communication on relevant topics in German. Acquired knowledge will be tested at the end of the course in the written form.
