1. The international system of language exams. 2. Common European Reference Framework and international exams in English. 3. Pros and cons of taking language exams, their recognition. 4. Exams City and Guilds, London tests of English, TOEFL. 5. Cambridge language exams. 6. First Certificate in English. 7. Testing grammar. 8. Testing vocabulary. 9. Testing listening. 10. Testing writing. 11. Testing reading. 12. Testing speaking. 13. Preparation for a foreign language exam, resources, materials. 14. Assessment of international language exams.

Learning outcomes
The goal of the course is to introduce the system of international exams in English language for non-native speakers and introduce testing strategies.
The students will learn about the system of international exams in English language. They will learn proper test solving and get information about the test assessment. Considering the fact the course will be in English language and there will be integrated mock tests, they will also improve their own language skills. (speaking, reading, listening and writing)
Prerequisites
Level B1 according to Common European Language Framework.
