Students complete a continuous pedagogical practice in the prescribed scope at a faculty or cooperating school agreed with the relevant subject didactics, or at another school approved by the subject didactics. Throughout the practice, they maintain a pedagogical portfolio that they defend, reflect on practice, and self-evaluate. The accompanying teachers will evaluate the course of the practice and the professional competencies of the students, and they will participate in some of the lessons of a comprehensive reflective seminar and group reflection on practices. Subject didactics will evaluate the course of the practice, the fulfillment of goals, and the development of professional competencies in a reflective interview, and within the framework of a comprehensive seminar, they will guide the students to formulate further professional challenges based on the reflected practices.
